Meet Jesus
Are you ready for a change in your life? Maybe you’ve been hurt, made some bad choices, or feel lost, and find yourself wondering, “What’s the point?” Well, Jesus knows your pain and He wants to be there with you through everything you face. You can choose to have a relationship with Him; to accept His love and grace. It will be the best decision you ever make and change your life like nothing else!
Whether you know it yet or not, God’s plan for you is so much better than you can imagine, and this is the first step on that journey!
John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son,
that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
Jesus wants you to know Him, be your advocate, your provider - your ultimate best friend. He also has a plan for you and wants to help you as you walk through life. In fact, He said in Jeremiah 29:11 that He has amazing plans for your life, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” And the Bible says that God loves you so much that He gave His only Son—Jesus Christ—so you can have eternal life with Him!
Romans 3:23-24
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift,
through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,”
God created you…He designed you in His image! And before you were even born, Jesus died for you, to save you from all your sin—past, present and future. He knew the choices you would make, and He chose to save you anyway!
No matter what you’ve done or been through, He loves you deeply and wants to have a real, honest relationship with you.
Romans 5:8
"But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners,
Christ died for us."
Jesus was God’s perfect son (without any fault) and yet He chose to take on all of our sin and die for us. For you and for me! Then God raised Him from the dead and He became the only way to be saved.
Knowing Jesus is simply recognizing your need for Him, believing that He died and was resurrected for you… and inviting Him to be your friend, your advocate, your savior.
John 14:6
“Jesus said to him, “I am the way the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.”
God says in Romans 10:9 that if we make Jesus Lord (the leader) of our lives, and believe that He was raised from the dead, we will be saved. If you’re ready to start a new life with Jesus leading you and experience His true peace and joy in your life, pray this simple prayer out loud:
"Jesus, I know that I have sinned and that I need you as my Savior. I have tried to do things on my own for too long, and I know it doesn’t work. So Jesus, today I give my life to you. I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and that you rose from the dead. Help me to live my life for you and you alone. Thank you for your unending love, forgiveness and grace in my life. Thank you for a fresh start! Today, I start out my new life as a part of your family.
“In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.”
If you just prayed that prayer than the angels, Jesus, and our Father in Heaven are rejoicing with you! Please email us and let us know that you gave your life to Christ. We want to rejoice with you as well! That was the greatest decision you could ever make in your life by receiving the gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Next, get a Bible and begin to read it and get into a Bible believing church that stands on the word of God.
